TTC After a Loss
Loss at 23wks, but moving forward
Hi, I'm new to this board but wanted to introduce myself.
I lost my precious little girl last July at 23wks due to IC. She was conceived through IVF, after 4yrs of TTC and her loss was the most hearbreaking and traumatic thing I've ever gone through...
Anyway, we're now back on the crazy train, A.K.A IVF, and am now on day 4 of stims.
Bizarrely I'm almost to the day on the same schedule I was on for last years cycle when we conceived her in Feb! Not reading into it too much, but praying its a little sign.

I am so sorry for your loss.(((hugs)))
I have a strange attachment to women going through IVF. My paternal great grandmother, grandmother, maternal aunt, and a cousin have all had multiple losses and trouble with pregnancies. It really made me want to do something for women who have had the issues that they had. Something I do not share with a lot of people is I donated eggs with our local fertility clinic. Although I never get to meet the families I donated to, I still felt so much attachment to them.
I think I grew an even greater understanding of it when I experienced my own loss and made me even more grateful that I did that so someone else may have a family someday.
Lots of T&Ps through this new journey.
