Up until recently I was persauded by certain docs in my practice to just have a RCS. Then I met with a newer, younger doc who was all VBAC. And it just got my thinking. My last CS was performed as my water broke at 38 weeks and DD was high. Within a half hour of determining this, they took me for a c-section. I did not labor at all really. That being said, I have no idea what my body can do and is capable of and want to give it a shot. I took the prenatal classes the last go around and just found all the material that I plan to review and such. I wont be able to take classes again due to DH work schedule. But other than that, is there anything else I can do. Like excerises or what not to get my body ready. IDK, I am just new to all of this and worried and want it so much! TIA.

Re: Is there anything to prepare for a VBAC?
I guess I am confused as to why you had a c/s the first time? Your water can be broken for 24-48 hours before they'd generally try to get a c/s going?
There are no exercises to do or anything like that. Keeping healthy and in relatively good shape will help you.
The most important thing to do is to ensure that your OB practice is collectively on board with your VBAC. It sounds like several of the doctors want to push you toward c/s rather than allow your body to VBAC. If these are the doctors who performed your last c/s, it seems like they did it for no good reason?
Good luck! Educating yourself and being a good advocate for yourself and baby are great ways to start.
That seems like an odd reason to have a c/s... just b/c LO was high? Did they give you time to labor down? Weird.
Anyway, I agree that your best bet for a vbac is a supportive care team. I didn't have one for my first vbac and when I went overdue they tried to force me into a c-section. Negative! I switched providers for my second vbac and it was a dream... best delivery/recovery yet.
Good luck!
