Fetal heart rate - normal bpm for 6.5 wks?!

I just had a vaginal ultrasound & saw the baby. The doctor measured the heart rate at 111bpm. She said this was lower than they like to see it, but with how early I am in pregnancy it may be ok...

Not too sure what's the "normal".. ours measured about 143 at 6wk2day.. when we went back for our 8 week apt, my doc didn't tell us the HB count, she just pointed it out to us on the screen.. Sorry, I'm not much help here.. but, I know I've seen other posts where they said some babies just have lower heart rates then others? Hoping this is all it is

Like your doctor said, you are still really early so it may be low because of that. I have seen several people with heart rates around your level at six weeks. I hope everything works out.

I had a vaginal u/s at 6w1d and my baby's hb was 111 too. The tech didn't say anything about it other than "You hear that? That's your baby!" Now, granted I was 4 days behind when you went, but I wouldn't worry too much.

Ours was 120 at 7wks and she said that was right in the middle of where it should be.

Ours was 110 at about the same time and the doctor said it was great for the age. At 9 weeks, it was 163.

I went at 5wk 3 d and it was 107. My RE said they like to see over a 100 this early! I go back next tues!

I had one last week at 6w4d and was in the low 90's. She said by 7w they like to see 120 so she set me up with an u/s for today (a week later) saying it could go either way. Had my u/s today and it was a STRONG 170.

It's stressful but try to remember that every baby is different and grows differently. You can't fit every baby into the perfect growth chart, you know?

At 6w4d, our baby's heartrate was a 122. The tech (after speaking and confirming everything with the doc so I didn't have to wait all weekend, haha) said that is right where they like to see it. I didn't ask what the range was or anything but if they said that, I was good with that!

At my US last week the fetal BPM was 116 at six weeks. The US tech said that was normal.

When I had my first U/S with my daughter at 6w4d her hb was 114 I believe. I think that's pretty normal. She's a feisty 3 year old now:)

I had my U/S on monday at 7 weeks and LO had 145 bpm. Geeked

Mine was only 105 at 6w1d and she said its normal. The muscle is so new.

I am 6w3d and we saw our baby's hb today. It was 122 also! It was the most amazing thing ever!
