3rd Trimester

Jesus take the wheel!!! (whiney preggers lady)

I CAN'T TAKE IT anymore!!!!!!! I seriously can barely walk wo feeling like I'm goin to crack my hips. When I go up the stairs I can feel my bump graze my thighs- heck who am I kidding it's more like my thighs reach up and smack my belly bc it's so low. I'm exhausted and I have at least 3 more weeks before it's even a safe time for lo to emerge! What are you ladies doing to help get through these final weeks? Sorry for the rant! I just feel like I'm starting to lose my mind!

Re: Jesus take the wheel!!! (whiney preggers lady)

  • I have 25 days left and I just plan to take it easy. I probably wont be going to the gym until the 6 weeks after the birth (and I've worked out my whole pregnancy, more so in the 2nd trimester). I was in A LOT of pain yesterday, I kept getting a shooting pain in my butt hole (tmi I know!!) I was wondering if I had a hemorrhoid that the baby was pushing on f/ the inside.  NOT FUN at all!! Feeling better today.. Not working and that helps a lot, plus my hubby has been super supportive!! I have both of my showers this weekend so hoping I feel good Sat/Sun! Next week I will probably be nesting, getting everything set in place f/ my shower and ordering any last minute things we will need..

Also praying!! We pray for our little man every night and I feel my hubby's hand on my stomach praying for him every morning before he goes to work while I'm still sleeping!

  • I think we're all getting whiney at this point. There are several related posts on my BMB and there's nothing we can do besides keep going to bed and waking up and waiting for time to pass. I have my days. My main motivation is LO's health. I know she needs more time to get ready, so I'm totally OK with lugging her around for a while longer. She sits quite low and she is getting heavy. It aches to change positions, get up, sit down, roll over, bend down, you name it, it's uncomfortable. I'm fortunate enough to work from home, so I'm able to nap and rest as often as I need to. I really don't see how people get up and go to work everyday pregnant. All of you who do deserve a big round of applause.
