Elsie, Sage, or Peyton?

c-section tomorrow. still struggling with names:

Brooklyn Sage

Elsie Rose

Peyton Rose

Elsie Sage

DH would really like to use Sage as a 1st name, but we can't seem to find a middle name to flow. Any thoughts?

I think I like Sage as a first name, but not sure if I'd use any of those as a middle name (for the flow of the names). I like middle names for honoring or naming after someone special. I know it's overused, but maybe something ilke Sage Marie?

Brooklyn Sage and Peyton Rose flow best to me... But if I had to choose I would have to go with Peyton Rose.

I like Elsie Rose best.

My least favorite, for flow purposes, is Elsie Sage. It's not quite a tongue twister, but it doesn't roll off the tongue easily.

I love love love the name Elsie! DH was not on board with it, unfortunately. I love Elsie Rose. We are using Rose for our middle name if we have a girl.
