6lbs, some odd ounces, and I was 10 days late. Seems like babies are bigger these days than 30 years ago. At least when I read the current birth stories, seems like most babies are in the 7-9lb range.
And kclg10, wow that is big for twins!!! My brothers were full term and were 5lb 8oz and 6lb 3oz. I always thought my mom and her sister were huge at 7lb 4oz each.. I don't know how my grandma didn't fall over!
We go together like a wink and a smile. June 27, 2009
I was 8lbs 10oz and expected to be twin boys. I suppose my mom was surprised to learn that there was only me and I was a girl! LOL And I was due Jan 1, 1980 but born 2 weeks late on the 12th. Happy Bday to me this Thursday! lol

5 pounds and some change. Don't know much else---I was adopted as an infant. My mom was living on the streets apparently, so my prenatal care may not have been...excellent.
Me and my Kiwi, both 38. We struggled with RPL and were blessed with Micah. I'm a full custody stepmom to Ethan!
I'm a twin.. I was 7 lbs 9 oz and my twin was 7 lbs 11oz. Apparently that is big for full term twins! My poor mom!!
My friend/cousin's twins were 7 lbs 4 oz and 7 lbs 6 oz and only a week early. Yet she had ALL sorts of extra energy through her entire pregnancy. Hats off to both her and your mom!
I was 5lbs. 2oz...and due on Valentines Day but came 10 days early . My mom also smoked during her pregnancies back then which could have contributed to my low birth weight. Wonder if that's why I loathe cigarettes and never touched one in my life lol.
9 lbs. 2 oz! I was a chunk! My sister is 11 years older than me and always says she remembers me coming home and looking way older than a newborn! Haha

I was 8 pounds, 9 ounces and 19 inches long. Oddly enough, my sister weighed the exact same when she was born, 3 1/2 years before me, but she was 21 inches long. My son was a pound heavier at 9 pounds, 8.6 ounces and 22 inches long. My husband was 24 inches long at birth - a full two feet! And my MIL is only 5 feet tall...
And now I'm done rambling about birth weights!

I was 8 lb, 4 oz, right on time, 40 hours of back labor. DH was a 5.5 lb preemie. Since our baby had possible IUGR, we'd be thrilled with 7 lbs or anything around that.
I was a 10lb chunker (although I was a week late and my mom had severe GD). My poor mom, she tried pushing for several hours and still had to have an Emergency C-section.
I was 7lb1oz, born on my due date, and my DS was 8lb8oz born about 5 days before his due date. So clearly my size had no bearing on his. I have a growth ultrasound this morning to determine how my DD is measuring.

9.5 pounds (the ounces are less relevant at that point!), and I was one day late. My sister was 2 weeks early and over 10 pounds, so they induced my mom one day after her due date with me.
I really worried about my son being big, but he was only 7 lbs 12 ounces.
9 lbs 1 oz. Due right when my mom thought I was due (but 2 weeks late according to the drs), and she was only in labor she could feel and pushing stages (went natural) for 4 hours total! I don't want the big baby size, but that 4 hours looks nice. lol.
