Called the local RE today

I called the local RE my California RE recommended.  They answered all my questions regarding pricing and how the process will work for outside monitoring.  

Hopefully it goes as planned financially and we'll be doing the FET the end of March.

Now  that I have it all set up I want to do it tomorrow! :)
