For the first week since we started this, I can honestly say that I did sh!tty on all accounts.:)
I'm usually really good about it when I'm traveling, but this was not so this past week. I was worst about food - I think we ate out at almost every meal for a week while we were traveling. On the bright side, I kept up my running program "ok" - I still got in a good 15 miles or so on the trails.
QOTW - What did you really like doing fitness/health wise this week that you want to continue? Right now I'm just focusing on diet. I've stuck to it all week and on my 3rd day of just the lemonade mixture is going good. It helps that I've been really busy at work.
I finally broke through my block! I've been stuck at -17 pounds for weeks. Yesterday I was -19. Yay! Of course, I yoyo pretty bad day to day so today I was back up by a pound, but I think it'll correct itself. Started to try some work out stuff, but it's so hard to get motivated. DH hooked up the wii for me though so I'm going to check out this fitness game my mom bought and abandoned.

FET #1 February, 2012-- BFP! Beta #1=84 Beta #2= 207 Beta #3= 3,526

I signed up for the YMCA with a friend and it's been awesome. I like having someone else to be accountable to, I can see it being helpful once the novelty of the gym wears off.

I went to a bodypump class for the first time in about 9 months! i went on wednesday and i can still barely walk today. i'm so sore but it's a great work out and i hope to be able to go every wednesday at lunch, depending on my work schedule

I'm loving all of it, but I think I need to keep remembering how good I feel after I work out because I want to keep it up.
