Just curious. I know it sounds gross but I think if I am washing them, I am washing them right? Also, do I rinse the BF poo out before throwing in the wash....another silly question but with a 5 day old my brain is mush right now. TIA!
I always throw her poopy clothes in with the diapers. If there's a lot of clothes that need to be cleaned I will do a cold rinse on just the diapers then add the clothes for the actual wash. If I only have a few pee dipes I want to wash, I will throw them in with any other laundry. I'm not grossed out by this.
EBF poop does NOT need to be rinsed off. Just throw in a dry pail and when you're ready throw them in the wash

I do. I do a rinse with the diapers first and then toss in the clothes. I hate wasting a wash just on diapers and try to save on water/energy this way. I also have a diaper sprayer to get most of the poop off first.

Someone's getting a little brother!
You're right, you're washing them, so...they'll be clean.
Logically, it should be fine
Just don't wash kitchen towels with them.
Personally I I don't currently plan on washing them together, but this is pre-experience mama talking. We'll see.
