Daycare costs in the Denver area?

Hi all-

DH and I are planning on moving to Denver about 3-6 months after our baby is born in June. I want to get an idea of how much childcare costs over there so that I can start saving/planning. Full time day care in my area for an infant at a daycare center is about $2300/month so I am HOPING that it's much cheaper in Denver.

Can someone please enlighten me?

Oh yea, much cheaper : ) For an infant at a center, you'll pay anywhere from $1000-$1500/month. In home daycares are everwhere and vary in price but are usually cheaper than centers.

Much cheaper. Our son goes to a Montessori school and it costs $1360/month. It's in DTC, they have 3 schools there, 2 downtown, and 1 at Interlocken.
