  I've been leaking for months! I bought the cotton washable breast pads just because I was so parnoid of leaking at work too. If you don't have any nursing pads and are worried about it, you can just put a folded up kleenex in your bra for now.
  

  My leakage never amounts to much, just like quarter sized spots on my bras or pads. It's worst during sex, something about how our bodies press together really gets them leaking alot.

  I've beeen able to express a little since about 20 weeks. I've woken up maybe 5 times with a small amount on my pj's. It's probably how I was leaning on the one. Very normal, nothing to worry about. I found it kind of comforting to know they were already working, so hopefully fewer issues when LO gets here.
