Nicknames for Georgia???

If you look on the websites, the only thing I see is Georgie. Any other ideas? We like this name, but want to make sure that there are some cute nicknames, too. Also, her name would be Georgia Gladys, so we could call her Gigi. The only problem with that is that is what my nephews call me! I guess we could have a Gigi and a Little Gigi??

    I think I like Gia. But... Believe it or not, odds are she'll be born and you'll end up picking something totally not related to her name. DDs name is Jordanne, and we call her: Jordy, Jorgie, George, Trolli, Treasure, Tiny Troll, Troll-ble (like trouble, but with troll).

    I've heard people use "George"

    And I love the name Georgia. It was my #1 pick, but DH was having no part of it so it never even made our list.

    GiGi is cute! My niece's name is Gianna and we call her GiGi. We liked Giovanna for a girl (We're having a boy) and liked Gia..and that would work for Georgia I think too..The way I feel is when she gets a little older, people will start calling her whatever fits with her personality whether it's any of these or something completely different someone else may just start.

    My niece is Georgia and she is generally called Georgie, George or Georgia.  When we picked DD's name people always asked well what will her nickname be?.  and the thing is I really wouldn't base a decision on it.  Our DD is called Aubs a lot or me and DH generally call her Tiny.  Which obviously has nothing to do with her actual name.  Other people sometimes add in her middle name with her first and do a combo for a nickname.

    My DH's grandmother and her twin were born on George Washington's birthday. Their names are Martha and Georgia (Georgie)! The are now 94 years old and Georgie is definitely the spunky one! I love hearing stories of how older generations were named. My great-grandma was Ruby and her sisters were Diamond, Opal, and Pearl!

    Sorry, I got sidetracked....I like Gia!
