I know I complain about this a lot, but I can't help it. It seems to get worse as the days go by. =(
I can't take anti-inflammatories per my OB so basically I just have to deal with it. The hand/arm braces don't do anything for me.
Anyone else suffering from this? It's so awful, it's basically round the clock now.
Re: Ugh. Carpal tunnel, swollen and sore hands. Anyone else?

Textbook - yup, that's me. They are literally numb and swollen with a constant tingle.
I just reallllly hope it goes away or subsides immensely after delivery.
I'm in the same boat
( My fingers hurt when I don't move them for a minute or two.. The stiff up and just KILL..Worst is during the night as well............And my wrists have started to be painful last week as well.
...I thought I was pretty much clear of new symptoms by 38wks, but NOPE. I hope this goes away fast after LO comes.
Oddly enough, even with my carreer i dont have this problem.
However, have you tried hot and cold therapy? Use a heat pad for like 10 minutes, then switch to ice pack for 10 minutes. alternate a few times back and forth?
My mom used to do this for swollen joints on my grandma. It worked pretty good. Apparently the rotation of hot to cold to hot causes the tissues to swell and then shrink at a fast rate. Which in turn forces the junk in the tendons and muscles to release. Worked for sore muscles and for sore tendons and joints. Might be worth a try...?
That really sucks Farmer, have you tried ice?
And can you believe we're down to single digits!!!
It will! I had it last time, too, and it went away pretty immediately after delivery.
