I STILL wake up in morning with engorgement!

I have tried everything kellymom recommends, but I still wake up in the morning (DS sleeps from about 8:30pm-6:30am) with engorgment up to my collar bone--no joke.  Actually my right breast is usually semi engorged, but my left is always so full, that taking the edge off with pumping would be pumping 3 ounces.  .Any ideas?  I ususally have to BF DS twice in a row on my left breast in the morning so I dont look so lopsided.  Anyone else still get engorged over night?  I just wish my breasts would just balance out, but instead they just seem to just produce more and more overnight.
Severe MFI resulting in IVF/ICSI #1 in Nov 2007. BFP!!

Feb 2011-Unmedicated FET= BFP!! DS #2 born Oct 2011!!.

    Mine still get like this too!  DD sleeps from 10pm-7am and by the time I get up, I am about to explode!  I don't mind though, I get at least 3 feedings out of pumping it all out when I get up.
