Honestly, this may be really silly, but I have no idea if I am doing kegel exercises right or not. How can I tell or are there exercises I can do that combine kegels with other pelvic exercises? I need some help.
That's a good way to explain it. I've also been told that it's like "zipping up" your lower stomach. Start with the muscles down there, then tighten your muscles in an upward motion, like zipping.

I have also read that squats (like the Bradley style squat,) help tone the pelvic floor as well.
