Chemical Pregnancy 2001, Married 8/8/09, TTC April 2011, BFP 5/8/11, Missed M/C @ 9wk5d, D&C 6/21/11 BFP 11/13/11 Chase Everett born at 29wks 0 days on 5/7/12 at 2 lbs 14 oz, 14 1/2 inches long.
In her updated post below, she indicated that if it ended up being bad news, she'd at least try to text someone so they could update us since they were going to do a u/s, pelvic, etc. in the ER. Hopefully no news is good news.
BFP #1 9-15-11; EDD 5-28-12. US 6w2d, growth
BFP #2 12-6-11 and 12-7-11; EDD 8-17-12. US 6w6d measuring 5w6d. Misoprostol Assisted m/c 1-16-12 at 9w3d.
Hi, yes I'm home now. I was chilling with DH and DS for a while.
They pumped me with fluids, did b/w, a urine collection and a u/s. The tech wasn't allowed to talk to me or tell me anything, but the Dr gave me a copy of my reports.
He said LO is ok and I have a "small" SCH (but I saw on the u/s thumbnails after the tech left looked bigger than "small".
According to the report, LO measures 2.3cm with a heart rate of 154bpm. The yolk sac measures 5mm and there are no masses or free fluid pocket anywhere.
I'm to rest as much as I can and drink as much as I can and be followed closely. I'm still having a hard time because I had a SCH last time that only got worse causing me to lose LO.
Right now, I'll probably be gone for a bit and just be with DH and DS and take things easy. I'm not feeling like I'm in a place where I should participate on here.

Thank you for letting us know... Sounds like good news, but still scary. Whether you post or not, know that there are many many women on here who are thinking of you and praying for you. ((Big hugs))

I'm not sure what an SCH is, but hopefully resting will help. And, Noah, you are most definitely in a place where you should participate on here, but if you need a break so you can relax with DH and DS, that's totally understandable. Just please don't give up hope or assume the worst. I know it's hard. I'm there, too, but we have to hold out hope for our LOs. *hugs* Take it easy for a while, and try to give us an update on how you're doing when you're feeling up to it.

getting caught up with all of this, but big hugs coming your way. Get some rest---although you had a bad experience with an SCH before, there really are a TON of success stories out there, too. I had a giant one with insane bleeding and so far so good---not sure if that helps or not, but try to stay positive!
Lots of prayers coming your way. Just remember that every pregnancy is different and though you had a SCH before doesn't mean another one will negatively affect this pregnancy. Just try to have a little hope even though it's difficult. We're all here if you need us when you're ready!

Don't lose hope Noah. I had one with Alexander and I had that one with this one too. It could go away and everything could be fine. The fact that it is bleeding out sounds like a good sign to me and right now it sounds like it doesn't seem to be effecting LO. YOu will continued to be in my T&Ps.

I'm not sure what a SCH is either. I'm hoping its something that can heal.
