Need motivation!

I actually worked out more while pregnant than I do now 3 months pp.  I was doing yoga, pilates, walking and swimming and now that DD is here, I just can't seem to fit it in.  I was going for walks with DD, which was fun but don't think it's doing much to get rid of this extra belly fat.  I just started back to work too and am working on a schedule and trying to fit it all in.  All I know is that I think it's really important to be a strong and healthy role model for DD and must find the time and motivation to get started now that the holidays are over.  Who's with me???
