Just a PSA that these frozen donuts are dairy and soy free, I have just now tried the vanilla and it is pretty close to a Krispy Kreme, or at least as close as I'm going to get while on this diet. I buy mine at whole foods.

I just found these today!!! It does have egg in it though, I gave it to him anyway...guess we shall see what happens tonight. (DS's allergies are GI related and delayed, so he usually reacts at night.)
