Condom Commercial... who tests condoms?

The commercial cracked us up! The product is 40% thinner.. which I can't imagine how stuff stays contained at all. 

Then, I got to thinking.. .who/what tests condoms? A million thoughts crossed our minds and we were hysterical. 

I though you'd like to join our laughter.
