oy!!!!!

so i had my membranes stripped yesterday morning.  i was 1 cm dialated an 60% effaced.

since 2 today i've been having contractions.  dr. said to wait until i'm uncomfortable to come in.   well lemme tell you...  these contractikns havent been consistent but they hurt like hell!!!!!!!!!!

as soon as we get in there i want my drugs damn it!!!!!!

    I feel the same way. Epi ASAP! I'm gonna ask my doc if he'll strip my membranes tomorrow. How was it for you?

    I can't imagine. . .I had an internal check today and I thought that hurt like hell. It was so obvious I was in pain that my Dr smiled and asked if I was planning on having an epidural. I realized I'm in for some fun when I go into labor:)

    Sorry you're in pain!  I have to smile though- the doctor said to come in when your contractions are uncomfortable:  In what world are contractions comfortable??    Good luck with your LO- hope everything goes smoothly!
