Just curious what the June 2012 spread is...are you IF success? First try and PG? Oops? Honeymoon baby? etc? Tell us!
I had 2 years of IF treatments that failed including surgery. We gave up. A year later, we are SURPRISE pregnant. If I had a nickel for everytime I've heard "That's what happens. You give up and it just happens!" I'd have a full baby suite & graduation fund for LO maturing rapidly.
Re: IF? Fertile Myrtle? Oops? What's your story...?
long history of endometriosis, failed IUIs, etc.
both my pregnancies were IVF (first shot for each--fresh cycle for my DS, frozen snowbaby this time)
frozen transfer a success! boy #2 via VBAC
Ours happens to be Honeymoon and first try lol.... we've been very open with everyone telling them not to be surprised if we became pregnant not long after we got married. Well it didn't take long at all! We went on our honeymoon 2 days after our wedding and I happened to have AF ending the day of the wedding. So most likely honeymoon or not long after. We tested the day I was supposed to start. Couldn't be happier!
We had just decided to try for a baby. First month not protecting and "sort of" trying, we were pregnant!
PS I am VERY grateful for this as I know alot of couples it can take months and months. I try not to take it for granted that it worked so fast.
I feel the same way about your PS... I was the same, we just thought we would do the "if it happens, it happens" kinda thing.. and here we are..
Husband and I decided to try. Well, 3 times in, we were like, well, let's wait until after vacation in November.
At that point, it was too late. hehe
Cooper and Ellie
I was an Oops
Was told by many doctors children was not really an option for me (Multiply medical problems) well my RX ran out for my BCP and it took 2 weeks for my doctor to call it in and in that 2 weeks is when IT happened. My Husband and I are very happy with our surprise especially since we were told Babies were not an option for us!!
I would fall under "Fertile Myrtle" and "Oops"
With DD I had come off the pill in Dec. 2008 and got pregnant in Feb. 2009.
Then over this last summer we had an oops which sadly ended in miscarriage. Per my OB we waited a month and then got pregnant the following month. Sadly, that ended in a c/p. So we decided not to wait and tried the following month and here we are!
Goodbye little angel(7/22/2011)....see you in heaven
Goodbye my second angel (9/18/2011)
With DD it took 3 cycles. We got really lucky because that third cycle was our last shot before DH had to go away for 4.5 months.
With this one, I was only on BCP for 4 months before deciding to stop them. We got pregnant on our first try. Again, very lucky.
I did use a fertility monitor both times. I had some HSA money to burn through before leaving my job, so that's what I used it on. Apparently it works
DS - Born 6/17/12
DS#2 - Due 2/11/15
We decided to try offically in July and got pregnant on the 2nd cycle. We had a few not-not trying months in the spring but I kinda knew we wouldn't get KU due to timing.
Very interesting read!
I am here as a result of success after secondary IF. After 1 year of trying OB put me on Clomid for 3 rounds. Then on to RE for Femara, 3 IUI's, 1/2 of a IVF, then he just put me on natural hormone and here I am. It was a looooong road for sure!
This is exactly me, minus the possible ectopic, and add a week for the twinks

Very interesting post! Like PP said...good read! : )
We found out that I had endometriosis when I went in for a hernia repair. Had a surgery a month later to get things going, and started to TTC. Did a few months of OPKs...nothing...five rounds of Chlomid...nothing, well, one CP in those months...then, I decided to chart because we would be starting IUI in 2012 if we weren't pregnant yet, and we got pregnant on our first month of charting! The charting didn't change any timing or anything we did, so I don't think it was because of the charting, but did seem interesting! So, 14 months total of TTC and here we are!!!!
I stopped taking BC one month before we got married in June 2011. We decided to see what would happen. I thought it might take a while as I had been on BC for seven years. My husband started saying that his swimmers must not work after the first month trying... but I got my BFP on October 1st!
