I am. I have to get 15-20 pounds off of me. 10 of that is leftover from pregnancy and the other 5-10 is just what's been needing to go for a few years now. I am 5 feet 6-ish inches and I just want to get down to 140 or 145 pounds.
But, I am trying to keep numbers out of it. I am coming up with rewards for meeting my exercise goals instead of waiting for a certain number on the scale to magically appear. Exercise is the hard part for me so I figure I that's where I should add in the extra incentive. I am also revamping a lot of our favorite recipes to be healthier. Luckily, DH and I don't snack much or eat too much processed food most of the time but we love food and like to cook with a lot of full fat ingredients. Not so good for the waistline.
Anyway, anyone else going to be joining me?
