NTTGPR: Stupid flu

I have the most horrible flu.  I was kinda achey and tired yesterday, but I figured it was just from christmas.  Today, I feel just terrible. Fever, super achey, chills, and I feel like I need to throw up but I just can't.  

I feel like a wimp, but all I can do is cry.

So.. what helps you most when you are sick?   Any at home remedies I can try?

Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    Awww bummer!

    I'm not a big fan of taking OTC stuff, so I usually just drink lots of tea and gatorade.  Get some rest!

    I take lots of over the counter drugs. And OMG that PIP is amazing. My husband asked why I was laughing so hard and soon laughed with me.

    I am now very sad for having missed this AE.

    He was the bestest. I dont remember what boards he frequented. The best part was when people would start threads titled, "Paging MikeHunt!"
