I've been working out pretty regularly throughout my pregnancy, but now I find that I leak a bit when I do inner thigh squats. Suuuper awkward. I just want to stop now, because I hate wearing liners when I work out lol. Any suggestions for targeing inner thighs and butt that is reasonably manageable?
I switched to an incline leg press machine for this reason, find it more manageable in the later months. Kegels will help, but at some point squatting just gets rough no matter what.. also I had to give up my adduction exercises after LO dropped because my inner thighs are killing me without throwing weights into the mix
