I cannot seem to kick the massive amounts of heartburn that I have been having. I eat a relativly bland diet... No super spicy foods or greasy stuff. I eat a lot of fruit, salads, cheeses, veggies, and breads. I seem to have heartburn every night with it being really wicked while trying to sleep.
Any tips or tricks to get this to stop? I will literally wake up in the middle of the night and it feels like a pool of acid is sitting in my chest. I never had heartburn pre pregnancy.

Actually Tums work really well for me. I only take one or two depending on the level of heartburn, and I rarely have to take them more than once or twice a day. If you are getting it a lot at night, try eating at least two hours before you go to bed, and prop your back up with pillows when you go to bed.
