No Christmas weight gain! Woot!

I had another OB appt this morning...now that she has me pulled out of work I have to go in every week until the baby is born.

This morning I got a pat on the head because my last 3 appts my weight has stayed exactly the same so she commended me on doing a good job through Christmas time!  Big Smile  I was shocked I didn't gain any!  It's got to be the walking helping me cause I wasn't exactly "healthy" although I didn't binge on sweets.

I had my 1 hour GD test this morning...FX I pass...the drink grossed me out so early this morning on an empty stomach...it remind  me of Orange Crush with an extra cup of sugar and ground up smarties in it!  lol  Baby was WILD after that..he kicked their doppler like 6 times in a row and was movin and shakin for about 90 min after!

    Good for you on maintaining your weight.  I don't even want to know how much I've gained (ugh).  FX that you passed your test!!!!

    I hope I can be this lucky!!!  Good for you not gaining any extra weight.  FX you passed the GD test!

    Wow that's great and hoping you pass the test!    i am not sure if I gained or not... I forgot to weigh myself before.

    Hooray for no extra pounds!!  Good girl :-)

    Sounds like the drink was deeelicious!  I can't wait till it's my turn! haha!

    Hi!  I am taking it easy...I am going to work from home a tad over the next couple days...as I have to tie up somethings (luckily I can access my work desktop from my home computer)...crazy to just be told you're done with NO warning!  Eeeek!  My boss isn't even back from NY yet until next week!

    My OB is out of town too until my next appt 1/3...so I will ask her then what she thinks about me working from home (I was so shocked at the appt it didn't even cross my mind to ask)....although I think I know her answer already, the nurse practitioner I saw in her absence today thinks she won't let me do that, so I'll submit my disability p/w once she confirms.

    How have you been feeling?!

    Yay for down one lb!  I thought I gained a few for sure only because I was into stuff I never usually eat (damn holidays lol) so I was really surprised!

    Ya, if they are trying to keep the stress down then it's not worth it. I can imagine the surprise at 27 weeks and no work! Does your boss know even though he is oot? If he does how did he take it? What do you do again? I'm feeling good. The doc that I work with (I'm a nurse) thinks that my problem has more to do with low volume of blood than dehydration when we talked today. I drink allot of water and have had bp issues (being low) even when not pregnant. I am supposed to eat more salt. I don't really cook or season with it and for some people it can be too low. So I go in on Tuesday and I'm going to talk to the docs about it. Sorry, I'm on my iPad so no paragraphs. Hope you had a good Christmas!
