I think we have narrowed ours down to either Benjamin or James, but I am still unsure. I just looked through our baby name book again and still nothing really jumps out at me. I would love to hear your boy names (what made your list, what name did you decide on, and even if you are having a girl I'd still love to hear what boy names are your favorites!).

I like Benjamin - DH did not.

We have narrowed it down to Keegan or Nolan for a boy. But we are Team Green so we don't know if we'll be using them.

I also liked Liam and Christopher.

I love both of your boy names - Benjamin slightly more. Right now, we're almost decided on Edward (or at least nothing else we've seen is better, though I have to admit, I don't *love* it, but DH does). My top names were Roman and Dmitry (we're Russian), but DH shot them down immediately. We've considered Evan, Matthew, Samuel. DH loves the name Ethan, but it's just NMS at all, plus its popularity isn't helping.

I really like Benjamin! The names that made our short list...but that we didn't end up picking were: Noah, August, Evan, Luca, and Coleman. We are now down to three with a clear front runner. About 99 % positive on the name now...but we are not telling anyone. I also liked Micah and Soloman but was immediately vetoed on those two.

I like Benjamin and James!

We aren't completely decided, but right now Eli is our top contender. Other names we like are: Porter, Easton,Edmund (I don't like it as much as DH does), Nathan, Jacob (too popular for me), Phillip and Samuel.

I am having the same problem. We won't be deciding a name until we meet him but we want to go in with at least 3 names. We did this for our 1st son and it worked out well.

1st time around: Gavin Nicholas, Matthew Vance and Luke Austin. (All are names of significance to us.) When DS was born, we knew he was a Gavin.

This time: We are thinking that we will use Austin as a middle name but have a short list of Brock and Logan as first names. Brock is in the lead right now.

I am still looking for other contenders and would like to add to our list. After being a teacher, so many names are immediately ruled out for me. The ones I do like are nixed by DH.

With our first, we decided in the delivery room. I think my pick (Nathan) won because DH felt bad that my labor was so long! Hahah.

This time, our short list is:

Jacob - my pick, but uncomfortably popular - as a Jen, it's a concern! I love how it sounds with big brother's name (Jake and Nate = cute!)

Luke or Lucas - biblical like big brother's

Franco - DH pick, but I just can't get my arms around it - it reminds me of a spanish dictator! DH LOVES it though...

Benjamin - I like it, but I don't like that Ben rhymes with my name and in spanish sounds like the word "ven", which means, "come here."

For any of the above, the middle name would be Tomas or Thomas.

I think this might get decided in the delivery room again, after we get a good look at him.

If DD were a boy, her name would have been Finn. Others on our short list were Harrison, Alistair, and Calvin. Names I love a lot, but vetoed are Miles (I have an ex by that name, so it would have been too weird) and Oscar (our cat's name).

We chose Wesley for our baby boy. My favorite boy name is Henry, but we named our cat Henry so that wouldn't have worked! I also liked Charles (Charlie) and Owen.

We have a few.. Front runner right now is Zachary, or Marcus , Alec is another top one. Middle names are Allan James after our dads. We have one unusual named picked out and that would be Rivers. I just don't know!

Ours is Liam Clancy (Clancy is MH's grandpa----yeah...)

On our list for possible middle names (I was set on Liam) were Finn, Joseph, Arthur, but ultimately, I let DH choose.

Not decided yet, but right now I am stuck on Ian Michael. I was loving Neil Aaron until I searched it with our last name on Facebook and found out that there is a guy that works with my SIL with the EXACT SAME name.
