I am for some high quality plain white or black long sleeve tshirts. I am tall, so I need a long length through through the torso and I would like the shirt to be fitted so they can go under sweaters or cardigans. I also like the rouching on the sides. Any suggestions?!?!?!
Re: Durable long sleeve maternity shirts?
Target's Liz Lange shirts are AMAZING. I'm still wearing the same ones I bought during my first pregnancy 3 years ago (and I'm pregnancy #3). They've lasted through pregnancy and post partum and held up perfectly.
I've also been surprisingly impressed with the long sleeve scooped tees I got from Old Navy this time. Their quality was really crappy during my first pregnancy so I didn't buy anything their during my 2nd pregnancy but decided to try them again this time and love love love the stuff I got. I'm wearing a LS shirt right now and it's thick and has that rouching on the sides you mentioned.
Both the Target & ON tees I love are really long too.
I have to disagree with Liz Lange, Old Navy, and Motherhood. All that stuff shrunk up or fit cheaply.
GapBody maternity shirts are my all time favorite.
I agree with pp on LizLange - I tried them on at Target and they felt like poor quality. My favourite at the moment is the Pea in the Pod 3/4 sleeve T (on sale now for $32) and the quality is amazing! The fabric is nice and thick and has lots of stretch. It doesn't sag or stretch out at all. Its a bit pricier than some of the other options but I personally think its worth it - esp since I hope to have another child after this one. It is also plenty long. I'm 5'9" and it easily goes to my hips at this point in the pg.

My #1 fave are the Gap Pure Body t's. They fit amazing, have some spandex so they don't lose their shape (nothing I dislike more than 100% cotton shirts that stretch in an hour of wearing them). The colors still look perfect and i've had them (and worn them almost daily) for months. They're also nice and long, which I love! But pricier, so look for a coupon and free shipping
My #2 fave are some of the shirts from Old Navy. But CHECK for spandex/rayon/cotton blends. 100% cotton ones shrink and suck. An example of a fave are the turtlenecks w/ rouched sides. It's more of a small cowl neck than turtleneck though. Which I prefer, because anything tight on my neck makes me gag! They're long, hold their shape, have ruching... I LOVE them!
