Egg Whites?

When is it safe to feed LO egg whites along with yolk? When LO was 6 months the pedi said we could give her some hard boiled egg yolks but didn't mention the whites

    Revised AAP recommendation says they're ok to introduce at 6-8 months since there isn't proof that delaying introduction reduces the occurrence of allergies, unless you have a history of allergies in your family. We do BLS and LO has had whole scrambled egg without an issue and foods containing whole eggs. It's really up to you and your comfort level.

    Same for us too. The only things on the no list still are honey and peanut butter.
