Okay...Let's try this again (BFP, long)

Holy sh!t. I am in total shock. This is the first cycle after a loss.
Today is 9 DPO. I tested about an hour ago. A faint line appeared within the time limit on 2 IC HPTs and a Walmart brand HPT.
We didn't really do anything differently. Sex on O-1 and O-2. I also drank pom, but because I like it. I still doubt it actually does anything. I had heartburn at 4, 5 and 7 dpo, which I also had with my last BFP. Also had a lower backache, just like before, for the last 3 days or so (could be BFP related, could be the result of working my butt off in the kitchen for Christmas Eve).
How I told MH was super unromantic. I went into the bathroom to look at the test, saw the line and said "Holy sh!t". He didn't believe it, and I thought maybe I had line eyes, so I dipped two more. When all were + he said "So you're KU?" and we hugged it out in the bathroom.
I don't even want to think about my EDD right now since I'm currently terrified. We were so sad after the loss that I am just hoping and praying this is our take home baby. I am waiting for my doctor's office to reopen after their lunch break so I can go have b/w. I don't think I will believe this until I see a heartbeat.

Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!
The only Easter Bunny I can get behind.
