Seems like a silly question, but after the first boil how do you sanitize your pacifiers?
I read hot soapy water but it freaks me out to put something he's going to suck on in soap. So if that IS the case - what type of soap do you use?
I also have those steam microwave bags for the breast pump parts - maybe that would work?

I boil water and put it in a bowl and let it sit there for 10min.
I boil everything once a day and have several pacifiers to rotate through.
and after 82 days in the NICU, our little girl is home!
Ditto just washing. I use Dawn - I figure if it saves baby ducks and penguins from oil spills it will wash a paci.
Our bottle warmer also has a small drop in basket with lid and directions for sanitizing that way. If one looks particularly abused I'll run it through that.
Hot water with dish soap as needed throughout the day, and the steam bags when I feel like it may need it.
We just happen to be using method at the moment, if it cleans things we all eat off of why not a paci?
