HELP Questions about FRER test????

So at 7dpo today I gave in early and POAS. I got a BFN

I was wondering can you truly detect pregnancy up to 6 days before your missed period. On the box it saids 68% of woman can using FRER. Is it possible to detect pregnancy if implantation hasn't occured? How come other medical sites say that most women don't test possitive till the day of there missed period. Anyone use one of these tests early and get a false negative???

Firstly, how do you know that you're 7dpo? Are you charting? Secondly, however many days until your period has nothing to do with the accuracy of a pg test. What matters is how many dpo you are and if implantation has taken place. You can't get a BFP until after implantation. Once implantation has taken place your body will start producing HCG, that's the hormone that turns the test positive. If you test too early you can get a false negative, but that's only if you are in fact pregnant.

How come other medical sites say that most women don't test possitive till the day of there missed period. Probably because a lot of women don't test till they miss their period.

Jefa and Mrs.felts- I used ovulation strips this month It showed I was ovulating on the 14th and 15th I also had mild cramps and EWCM on those days so I believe the strips were correct. I told myself I would start charting and temp if I didn't get a BFP this month. Me and the DH also had sex every day the week of O and before that every other day just in case.

It isn't possible to detect pregnancy before implantation occurs because until that point, your body is not producing the HCG hormone that the test picks up.

OPKs and EWCM don't guarantee ovulation. And sex every day of O week doesn't guarantee pregnancy. Test again in 7 days.

Yes. It's the only way to confirm what day you ovulated.

Yes temping is way better than just opk's. wait till you are late to test, I tested early with DS and got some negatives. I tested at 15DPO and got a BFP. I keep my charts pretty well done so you can feel free to check mine out.
