Hudson Valley Hospital/ prenatal yoga?

Hey all,

 

Has anyone given birth here or planning on it? I am new to the area and wanted some advice for soon to be mom.  

Any prenatal yoga places nearby as well?

    I am in the exact same situation.  I'm new to the area, planning on giving birth at Hudson Valley Hospital, and also looking for a prenatal yoga place nearby!  :)

    In Rockland County Birchwood Yoga in Nyack NY has prenatal yoga classes on the weekend.  You can check out the website .

    I really like my pre-natal yoga class at Quest Yoga in Mt. Kisco. Jessica is the instructor. They just started another 6 week series, but the classes are small enough that I feel it would be worth contacting them to see if they have space for one more.  Jessica is very easy to relate to as she had her own birth experience recently.
