I'm high risk for several reasons but the one that bothers me most is my High T since there isn't really anything that can be done.
My endocrinologist said that my OB will likely need to do more frequent high level ultrasounds to monitor it because it can cause problems in the baby. I don't see my OB till next Thursday (my first time seeing him, previous u/s were with my RE). So I don't know what his plan will be.
Anyone else dealing with this? What are they having you do (if anything)? I'm on 2000mg of Metformin and will likely be on it all pregnancy. Has the baby had any issues because of the high T?

Re: Anyone High Risk due to High Testosterone?
I'm high risk because I had an abdominal myomectomy to remove a softball size submucosal fibroid in 2008. Risk of uterine rupture as the baby grows, I've been told to expect to be on bedrest at some point in the future. Mandatory c-section, obviously.
I also have hashimoto's disease (hypothyroid) and I do have Insulin Resistance which is why I'm on the Metformin. I ovulate every cycle, and don't have any cysts so I don't have PCOS per say, just the Insulin Resistance piece. Some would also consider me high risk due to my weight.
My T was high back in February when I miscarried the first time (121) and then went back to normal (24) in July's bloodwork. I had blood drawn the day I found out I was pregnant and it was back up to 92. I just had blood drawn again and it's gone up even more.
It worries me because I've been on 200mg of Prometrium (progesterone) since the day I found out I was pregnant. All that progesterone should be helping counteracting the androgen (in theory) but it's not, it's still rising. I worry about all the possible complications: small birth weight, heart issues, high risk of autism...etc.
