It's time to get serious people. Aymahlee needs to get toned and fast! I have her on Atkins and I think all the protein is definitely giving her some more muscle definition. Now it's time to get her on an exercise routine.
Here's what I'm thinking:
Stair climbing 10 times a day (up and down)
15 reps * 3 of lifting small cans of food (thinking tuna or maraschino cherries)
No more carrying her anywhere, which will allow for even more cardio.
I'm having a really hard time thinking of ways to get her to workout more. Any ideas ladies?
