Lets Get Physical!

It's time to get serious people. Aymahlee needs to get toned and fast! I have her on Atkins and I think all the protein is definitely giving her some more muscle definition. Now it's time to get her on an exercise routine.

Here's what I'm thinking:

Stair climbing 10 times a day (up and down)

15 reps * 3 of lifting small cans of food (thinking tuna or maraschino cherries)

No more carrying her anywhere, which will allow for even more cardio.

 

I'm having a really hard time thinking of ways to get her to workout more. Any ideas ladies?

    She needs a crown dangit.

    Did that mom make or buy the Madonna outfit? Where can I find one for my LO? She needs something to wear to her bday party.

  • Have you thought about gymnastics classes?  She might be a little to young but if you explain the situation to them I'm sure they'll let her join.  Maybe some dance classes too?
