A little update since I have been a little MIA

Just a little update on what is keeping me busy! lol

Step Daughter arrived last Sat from MO. She got here in one piece and WITHOUT an escort! WooHoo! Sort of bothers me that I had to jump though hoops to get the flights I did and pay more, but her mother comes up short on cash and sends her without paying the extra fee. Ex's are wicked and a PITA. But, SD is here and we are having a very nice visit. She is a lot of help!

I had my OB nurse talk yesterday and had all my blood work done. Nurse talk is so stupid. 1000 questions to which I answered when I was pregnant with R. Asking if I want a VBAC or not.....really? Do you need to know that now? lol Also set up dating u/s and 1st tri screen, so first look at the bean isn't until 1/12...boo! We are doing the NT scan since I am old and insurance will cover it now, free extra look at baby! 

I have been so different this pregnancy so far. VERY emotional, a bit irrational, and not really convinced it is happening! I just can't fathom that I just might be lucky enough to carry a healthy pregnancy and get another miracle baby in the end. Can this happen twice? Twinges of m/s but nothing like R yet....I was SO sick by 5 weeks 6 days. Boobs hurt so bad, don't recall this last time. My Aunt hugged me and I winced in pain. Still on the fence of when to tell, didn't buy that deer yet!

I have also read 2 books this month, after months of nothing! The Help and Playing Nice in the Sandbox (worked with the author in IQ). Both great reads! 

 I have been reading posts and replying a bit....hoping to get back on more after the holidays and SD goes home!

    Glad things are going well. I can relate to the " not happening" thing, but being super emotional and sore boobs is a good!! No u/s until 1/12? That must seem like an eternity to you. Hang in there! You have lots of positive thoughts and prayers coming your way. Will your doctor do another beta for you? That might help ease your anxiety until your u/s. Loved the help! Movie was good too. Happy to hear your visit with SD is going well.

    TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

    Glad to see you're enjoying yourself lately, and that everything is going well. Sore boobs are definitely a good thing! It was the only thing that convinced me that I could be pg with Ian. Enjoy your time with your SD!

    I thought you were a little MIA and was going to page you the other day, but then found a post from you and figured everything was just busy with Christmas.

    I'm glad it is going well with your SD!  What did you end up doing about your dentist appt?  Are we still on for tomorrow morning?

    I am so excited for you. YES YES YES.. This CAN HAPPEN TWICE. I'm bummed you don't get an u/s sooner though.

    I have The Help on my phone to read.. I started it.. really good so far.. so I'm glad to hear you liked it.

    I was wondering where you disappeared to! Hooray for sore boobs! haha I'm glad things are going well with SD, I was wondering how you all were doing. If you're still up for tomorrow, we will see you then!

    Hey, I have been thinking about you. Glad that you have some symptoms that you can hold on to, symptoms no matter how tiny are good signs.

    I have had slight moments of not feeling well which are reassuring because they are all that I really have to go on. I am hungry but no boob action here (god do DH and I both wish for that). 

    My first visit isn't until 1/4 with the new practice. I really wish that it was next week. They don't do u/s in office so I will have to get a script which means even longer :(
