Stain help needed

For some reason regular milk has been staining things in our house. It has spilled on our sheets nights T has come into our bed for stories, it recently got spilled on her anywhere couch from pottery barn and we washed the cover and there was a stain there from the spill still. I never knew milk to be a staining agent. Any suggestions?

    We have stains from milk on her tiny lazy boy type chair. I hope someone has a solution!

    That's weird. I have recently discovered soaking things overnight in oxiclean and hot water... it has seriously taken out stains that have been there for years.
