  I pull on the bottom one first (not all the way up but about half way) and then do the four sides (squeeze in the button, first pull up, and then push it down) and then pull up the floor one the rest of the way. There are a couple reviews on you tube...maybe they give a visual. Good luck!!

  This must be the one we have because it's a PIA.  I can't even put it up...so I better have DH with when we need it.
