My pockets are in DESPERATE need of stripping, and since we are at my parents, I want to take advantage of the free laundry (we normally laundromat at $2.50 a load). But, they have a Samsung HE machine--
I know blue dawn is supposed to be bad for those-- how do I strip them?
Thanks!
Re: Stripping CDs in a HE machine?
I cleaned them (of course). And then I did a hot wash with no detergent. Then several hot rinses- until there are no detergent suds left.
If there's a waterfill option use that. I've read to be careful of temps with PUL covers so I only did 1 wash and 1 rinse on the super hot/sanitary cycle and the rest on regular hot. Sun them if you can.
I don't think stripping is that difficult. I just keep getting buildup somehow.
