I know this has been posted too many times, but this really keeps me up at night. I need to get together frozen dishes. You girls have any good (easy) ideas?
Stove Top Chicken 4 cups cooked chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 box chicken flavored stove top stuffing mix
prepare stuffing according to box. set aside. mix chicken, soup, and sour cream. spread evenly in a 9x9 baking dish. place stuffing over meat. bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
To make cheese sauce: Melt the butter in a
heavy-bottomed saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook, stirring
constantly, until the paste cooks and bubbles a bit, but don't let it
brown ? about 2 minutes. Add the hot milk, continuing to stir as the
sauce thickens. Bring it to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste, lower
the heat, add 1/2 cup cheese and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes
more. Remove from the heat.
Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put the cooked macaroni into the
casserole, pour the cheese sauce over it, and mix gently with a fork.
Top with sliced tomato and ham; sprinkle the remaining grated cheese evenly
over the tomatoes and spread the crumbs over the cheese.
Bake, uncovered, until the top is golden and the sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.

BAKE at 350?F. for 25 min. or until hot.
STIR . Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5 min.
TIP: Use 1 bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen green beans, 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen green beans, 2 cans (about 16 oz. each) green beans or about 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans for this recipe.

1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortillas (8") or 8 corn tortillas (6"), cut into 1" pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned,
stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, milk,
tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon
into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400?F for 30 minutes
or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4.
