Frozen meals...

I know this has been posted too many times, but this really keeps me up at night. I need to get together frozen dishes. You girls have any good (easy) ideas?

  • Stove Top Chicken
    4 cups cooked chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 box chicken flavored stove top stuffing mix

    prepare stuffing according to box. set aside.
    mix chicken, soup, and sour cream.
    spread evenly in a 9x9 baking dish.
    place stuffing over meat.
    bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.


    Christmas Chicken

    4 whole chicken breasts
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    8oz catalina salad dresses
    1 packet onion soup mix

    place chicken in baking dish. mix other ingredients together and pour over chicken. bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.  server over noodles or rice.






    Smac 'n Cheese w/ ham

    Prep Time: 30 minutes

    Serving Size: serves 4

    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1/2 pound macaroni, cooked
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 1/4 cups milk, heated
    Salt
    Freshly ground pepper
    1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large, ripe tomato, sliced
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    ham

    Instructions:

    Preheat the oven to 375? F.

    To make cheese sauce:
    Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the paste cooks and bubbles a bit, but don't let it brown ? about 2 minutes. Add the hot milk, continuing to stir as the sauce thickens. Bring it to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste, lower the heat, add 1/2 cup cheese and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes more. Remove from the heat.

    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put the cooked macaroni into the casserole, pour the cheese sauce over it, and mix gently with a fork. Top with sliced tomato and ham; sprinkle the remaining grated cheese evenly over the tomatoes and spread the crumbs over the cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, until the top is golden and the sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.


    Chicken Enchiladas


    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
    1 (12 ounce) jar taco sauce
    3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear.
    drain excess fat.
    cube the chicken and return it to the skillet.
    add onion, sour cream, cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, ground black pepper.
    heat until cheese melts.
    stir in salt, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, green pepper and garlic
    roll even amounts of the mixture in the tortillas
    arange in a 9x13 baking dish
    cover with taco sauce
    and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
    bake uncovered in oven 20 minutes
    cool 10 mins before serving



    Green Bean Casserole

    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup milk
    Dash ground black pepper
    4 cups cooked cut green beans
    1 1/3 cups French's? French Fried Onions

    MIX soup, milk, soy, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in 1 1/2-qt. casserole.

    BAKE at 350?F. for 25 min. or until hot.

    STIR . Sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 5 min.

    TIP: Use 1 bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen green beans, 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen green beans, 2 cans (about 16 oz. each) green beans or about 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans for this recipe.






    Campbell's? Tuna Noodle Casserole

    Hearty Chicken & Noodle Casserole

    Prep: 10 minutes
    Bake: 25 minutes
    Serves: 4

    Cubed cooked chicken is combined with Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese and egg noodles, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until hot to make a soothing family favorite.


    Ingredients:


    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cup cubed cooked chicken
    2 cup medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)


    Directions:


     

    Stir the soup, milk, black pepper, vegetables, chicken, noodles and Parmesan cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 400?F. for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the chicken mixture.  Top with the Cheddar cheese.

    Golden Onion Chicken & Noodle Casserole: Substitute 1/2 cup crushed French fried onions for the Cheddar cheese.

    Hearty Chicken Casserole with a Twist: Substitute 2 cups cooked corkscrew-shaped pasta for the egg noodles.






    Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

    Prep: 5 minutes
    Bake: 30 minutes
    Serves: 6

    Here's a fabulous side dish that pairs well with almost any entr?e.  Broccoli is mixed with a flavorful cheese sauce, topped with buttered bread crumbs and baked to perfection - all in less than 45 minutes!


    Ingredients:


    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
    1/2 cup milk
    2 teaspoon yellow mustard
    1 bag (16 ounces) frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 teaspoon butter, melted


    Directions:


     

    Stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Mix the bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.

    Bake at 350?F. for 30 minutes or until hot.

    Rice Is Nice: Add 2 cups cooked white rice to the broccoli mixture.

    Cheese Change-Up: Use mozzarella cheese for Cheddar.





    Campbell's Beef Taco Bake Recipe
    1 pound ground beef
    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
    1 cup Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa
    1/2 cup milk
    6 flour tortillas (8") or 8 corn tortillas (6"), cut into 1" pieces
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

    In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400?F for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4.









  • I made baked ziti, gravy, and turkey meatloaf so far.
