Need a Dairy Free Recipe

It seems like there are a lot of new people here, so I figured I would join now that we are pretty sure DS has a dairy issue (either MSPI or LI). I have now been dairy free for 2 weeks and the difference in DS is night and day.

Anyways, we always have cinnamon rolls on Christmas with my family. I was wondering if anyone had a go to recipe. I have seen a few during my online searches, but wondered if anyone here has a pesonal favorite.

    I don't have a go-to recipe, but can you just use one and sub rice milk for milk and dairy free butter for butter?

    This is what I do and they come out just fine.
