So my husbands SA came back and everythign looked good but the Morphology.
Count was 310 mil, Motility was 83% and Morph was only 12%, they want to see greater than 30%.
The nurse said his smoking can affect the Morphology, but does that play a huge role on us getting pregnant?
Also, Whe I saw the doctor on the 7th, she told me it was "patience choice" for when to take the letrozole, as long as you took it the same time every day. Well now the nurse said to take it between 6 and 8 pm and I already took it at 10 am. Is this really going to be an issue? I am planning on just taking it at 10 am for the rest of the week.
Re: Husbands SA came back.... and a Letrozole Timing Question
The 12% morph makes ~30million 'normal' sperm that are moving. I wouldn't worry too much - but it definitely can't hurt if your husband quits smoking.
In regards to the letrozole - I agree with you - it should be fine to just continue it at the same time of the day you took it today.
