Terrified that I may have given DD my cold :-/

Okay, I've had a sniffle, cough and runny nose the last few days (never have ran a fever).   I started taking some cold medicine, just to help.  Honestly thought it was allergies and the weather.  (75 one day and 50's today). 

Anyway, baby girl is sleeping a bit more restless and sounds very nasally tonight.  I wouldn't have been around her, but DH works full time at night and sleeps during the day.  So, it's just me. 

Suggestions?  She's not running a fever/ not crying/ just this nasal sound and restlessness.  I'm really upset with myself :-(

    Don't feel bad.  You really have no clue where she might have gotten the cold from.  Besides, this is one of the drawbacks of having a winter baby.  DS has a cold right now, and I feel bad that he is coughing and stuffed up.  All you can do is give them lots of love and keep the aspirator and saline handy.  Hope your DD feels better soon.

    My LO & I both have a cold. I'm not sure who had it first but she is congested, coughing & sneezing. I took her to the doctor & all they did was give us saline nose spray & she said to use the bulb syringe to get the mucus out of her nose. Don't feel bad, it happens!!
