GTKY: Favorite Christmas/Hanukkah Tradition From my side it would be the sitting around the kitchen table on christmas eve and drinking way too much before christmas caroling over the phone. From DH's side its the christmas caroling we do on christmas eve. For us....... I'm leaning towards the from scratch cinnamon rolls I make for christmas morning.... but then I'm a food addict right now lol
How are you doing? Great! Still don't think I've felt the energy boost that 2nd trimester is supposed to bring, but I'm still hoping it hits me!
Weight gain/loss? I honestly haven't weighed myself since my last appointment at 16 weeks and I was up 4 lbs.

GTKY: Favorite Christmas/Hanukkah Tradition: When I was a kid we used to get to choose one gift to open on Christmas eve, then Christmas morning we opened the rest. We continued this with DS....I can't wait for his eyes to light up
Christmas is so much more fun with your own children that's for sure!
How are you doing? Doing pretty good, cant complain! I have been sleeping like 10-12 hours a day which is strange but I will take it because I have a feeling once this belly gets bigger and the baby comes out I will want this sleep!

GTKY: Favorite Christmas/Hanukkah Tradition: I love that I am 25 years old and my brother (17) and sister(20) and I all still sit under mom and dad's tree and take turn opening gifts on Christmas morning!
How are you doing? M/S is getting less and less which is good! Still gagging and not that hungry etc. Still tired.

I actually just want to have the u/s to see that everything is ok to make it more real, even though I have already had 3. We will pick one of each gender in case it is wrong.

Weight gain/loss? Def have gained but it has slowed down a lot, which makes me happy. I'm hoping to really start working out more (it's been so hard with the exhaustion and nausea) to get back into somewhat normal shape.

How are you doing? Doing pretty well overall this weekend so far! Since week 16 it seems I've been on an every-other week feeling good/feeling bad stint. Yesterday started my "feeling good" week, so hopefully it keeps up!
Weight gain/loss? Still down 4 pounds -but was down 10 for a while, so the weight is finally starting to be put on!
Team Pink/Blue/Green? If you don't know when will you find out? "Team Green" only until (hopefully) tomorrow... 8:45am cannot get here fast enough!!
Have you and your SO decided on a name yet? If so would you like to share? We decided not to talk names since our bfp until after we found out the gender. We still have a short list (Penelope/Fiona & Milo/Owen) from before we got pregnant, but will probably revisit the name lists with more input from DH once we find out what we're having.

-How are you doing? I feel great! No M/S anymore, major discomfort hasn't set in and I'm ready for Christmas!
-Weight gain: Somewhere between 10 and 15 lbs...not sure where I was on the scale before the confirmation appointment....but at least it's all belly for now!

How are you doing? Feeling great physically! I was hit by a freight train of maternal instincts last night when I realized this baby's going to come out of me eventually, and I started thinking about all of the awful things in the world I won't be able to protect him from. It was ugly. DH was really sweet though, and helped me calm down.
Weight gain/loss? Up 12 pounds from prepregnancy.

Have you and your SO decided on a name yet? Samuel Douglas S. DH keeps saying it isn't a for sure thing yet and he refuses to tell anyone, but we call him Sam, and I can't imagine his name being anything else.

Favorite tradition? Going out the Saturday after Thanksgiving and picking out the best tree, then coming home and decorating the house while listening to Christmas music! This year it's been watching Christmas movies with our LO, he's almost 2 and LOVES Frosty the Snowman haha
) It's so fun to watch him get excited over the christmas lights and tree etc...
How are you doing? Pretty great, definitely starting to feel pregnant. Loving feeling baby move. I feel him several times throughout the day, but I get a little paranoid if I don't feel him when I think I should. Getting a little bit tired...
Weight gain/loss? Finally starting to gain. I'm sure I've gained two pounds now for sure, maybe another two or three. I'm actually a little bit worried because for the first part of my pregnancy I didn't gain anything, now in the past two weeks I have gained about five pounds. I really don't want to gain too much too fast. I'm super prone to stretch marks so I wanted to put on the wait slow and steady and not suddenly.
Team Pink/Blue/Green? We found out we are team blue about a week and a half ago! Of course, DH is super excited to have his little man-child.
Have you and SO decided on a name yet? We had our name picked out less than a week after I found out I was pregnant. It was actually very easy to decide. We both agreed right away. Our girl name was much harder to agree on. Our little boy's name is Tristan Robert.
GTKY Favourite Christmas tradition: I don't think I have one specific part of Christmas that is my favourite. I just like the whole thing. This year I even enjoyed buying presents. I'm sure when we have kids we will have more "traditions" and a sort of routine we follow every year, but for now it is pretty much just DH and I so we are just figuring things out.
How are you doing? Very good, now that I'm over the stomach bug I had Friday night/
Weight gain/loss? Yup...I was up about 7-8lbs, but after the bug, maybe up 6??

GTKY: Favorite Christmas/Hanukkah Tradition...Our traditions have changed a lot over the past few years with having our own family/kiddos. I think going to cut down our tree together is the best!
How are you doing?: Recovery from my surgery on Monday is going better than I thought so that is a plus. Baby seems to be doing just fine. Fell down the stairs on my backside last night, but no cramping or anything so I think I am OK. Ugh - life!
Weight gain/loss?: About 10 lbs so far. Not pleased with that, but I haven't been the most healthy eater since getting pregnant so I only have myself to blame! Over the past few weeks, I've tried to be much better an it has worked, thankfully, because I haven't gained a pound since Thanksgiving... in fact I lost 1 lb since Thanksgiving.

GTKY: Favorite Christmas/Hanukkah Tradition: Christmas Eve at my aunt's house with all my family (I have a lot of little cousins, 9 of them, and mostly all of them come - they range in ages now from 22 down to 12). We have done it on our own for a few Christmas Eves so I'm looking forward to going to my aunt's this year. Christmas morning, I enjoy our tradition of making something fun to eat while we open our presents, like Cinnamon buns!!! This year, we are starting our first tradition with baby - we will read The Night Before Christmas and How the Grinch Stole Christmas to baby on Chrismtas Eve!
