But very excited. I got a BFP last week on 9dpo. I have gotten several betas, and they are increasing (actually more than) on schedule! I am mostly terrified but also excited, especially after the betas today. I am currently on Prometrium to make sure my progesterone stays up. My doctor wants me to come in for an U/S tomorrow, which seems super early to me but I'll take it. EDD: August 19.

That does seem super-early for an ultrasound, but maybe your doctor is very cautious and wants to make sure the pregnancy is where it is supposed to be.
The hearts starts beating during weeks 6, so don't be alarmed if there is no heartbeat yet since there shouldn't be one at 4 1/2 weeks.
At 4 1/2 weeks, you will probably only be seeing the slightest little blob, which will be the most beautiful thing you have ever seen.
I just looked at your siggy and saw that your 3rd beta was over 1000. From what I have read, 1000 is the threshold for seeing something in your uterus using ultrasound. So, maybe that is why your doctor wants to do an ultrasound.
