I hate the people who don't "believe" in climate change. They drive me batty.

    I just wonder why people think 'climate change' is something that never, ever happened before the 20th century. I'm sure our choices/behaviors aren't good for Mother Nature and are probably accelerating some things that aren't healthy. We should tread lightly and do whatever we can to make things better as we become more aware. But I also believe Mother Nature will do whatever the f*ck she wants regardless of what we do.

    Weather =/= Climate 

    Weather cannot prove or disprove climate change.

    I won't say who said it, but I read where someone, when asked about global warming, stated, "I don't believe in fiction."  Um, what?!

    Read this, or just read the articles and other citations from the bibliography. I strongly believe, and this book (yes its fiction, the science is not) supports it, that global warming and climate change are very real, very natural, and while we may speed it up a wee bit, something that the planet really needs to do to wipe its wounds clean and fix itself. The only reason human beings are freaking out about it is because what the planet needs is not necessarily convenient for the human race.
