  I had a recipe for potato mayo! but someone else suggested earths balance who has a soy free vegan mayo. My boys cant have peas and there is pea protein in the earths best. So here is the recipe for what I use.
  
  
  

  • peeled baked potato
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
