Need OBGYN recs for downtown

no one freak out...a friend (really, a friend, not me) is looking for recs for a ob/gyn downtown and metro accessible.

    Capital Women's Care at 2141K (F. North / Foggy Bottom)  - I liked the doctors, especially Dr. Safran (gyn only) but did not care for Dr. Newman.

    Capital Women's Care at 2141K (F. North / Foggy Bottom)  - I liked the doctors, especially Dr. Safran (gyn only) but did not care for Dr. Newman.

    I think this is the same practice that shares with my OB- I liked Drs. Picco and Bajaj when I was in the hospital. Also, Dr. Bridges was super nice.

    (I spent a lot of time at the hospital and seemed to meet everyone who delivered at Sibley!)

    niece is four, nephew was born in May. my sis is not into the "online" so she won't join (fool) but i have offered her great wisdom that i have learned from all the great moms here. it has actually help the two of us alot b/c we have something to talk about.

    plus reading posts on sleep issues alone help keeps me in the no-kid camp. it's win win really. or maybe i just have other issues i choose not to discuss.

    It was an innocuous question. I was being a smartass because she tends to get ribbed about hypothetical Baby Strug whenever she breathes on this board.
