Headaches and Nausea/ Labor Pains

Anyone get these symptoms back? It is like every night with me! I was thinking the headache could be a dry sinus thing (we live in AZ) but the nausea is after almost every meal.  Just wondering if anyone else has this. 

Also, is anyone else worried about not knowing when "real" labor starts.  Occasionally I get really bad BHCs and I think--"Oh no, I haven't done all this stuff yet!", but then I realize they are irregular.  Still, it throws me into a mini-panic.  I guess that's the first time mom thing...

P.S. After much measuring, doc has decided I will have a December baby, but I prefer the Jan board, because you all are awesome so I am still here. ;-)

    I've been getting a headache every day. And nausea has been coming back briefly here and there nothing consistent. 

    I'm totally with you on being worried about the labor, but my mother keeps telling me it will be very obvious when it's labor and not BH contractions... she had all 5 of us naturally so I'm going to trust her.

    Know this must be stressful.  Have you been able to test your blood pressuer when you have the headaches or have you had high blood pressure?  It could very well be sinus, but I'd also try to check your blood pressure just in case.  Good luck!

    I did have a couple of high blood pressure moments at my check-ups.  My mom has a monitor, I will look into that. Thanks!

    I'll be 36 weeks this coming Tuesday and have started having waves of nausea that last for about an hour and then go away... headaches too. I usually just try to be strong and get through it... but if its really bad I'll drink some ginger ale and sometimes take tylenol. 

     I think I'm having a December baby too! :)

    I have been having headaches daily and the nausea has returned for me. I keep telling myself I only have 4 more weeks at the longest.
